What are the design standards for the board outlines?
The board outline is crucial for showing what your PCB will look like once it is finished. All elements that need to be cut, such as V-cut lines, slots, milling, and cutouts, should be included in the layer with the board outline. Please remove any unnecessary items to avoid confusion. Note that if both the GKO layer and GM1 layer are present in the Gerber file, our engineers will ignore the GKO layer and produce the boards according to the GM1 layer. If there are multiple layers (e.g., GMI, GM2, GM3, GM4) in the Gerber file, we will use the one with the smallest number following the letter GM as the default outline layer. For example, if the Gerber file contains GM2, GM3, and GM4, we will proceed with GM2 as the outline layer and ignore GM3 and GM4 on the PCB fabrication.
