HGSEMI LM397M5/TR

The LM397 is a single voltage comparator with an input common-mode range that includes ground. The LM397 is designed for single 5V to 30V supply or dual supply operation. Its low supply current is nearly independent of supply voltage magnitude. The LM397 features an open-collector output stage, which allows an external resistor to be connected at the output. By connecting the resistor to different voltage levels (level shifter), the output can directly interface with TTL, CMOS, and other logic levels. The LM397 is offered in a space-saving 5-pin SOT-23 package and is pin-compatible with the single differential comparator TL331.
