HGSEMI SP3076EIM/TR

SP3070E – SP3078E are +3.3V powered RS-485/RS-422 transceivers with ±16kV ESD protection. They feature a failsafe circuit that drives the receiver output to a logic high when the receiver inputs are open or shorted, or when all transmitters connected to a terminated bus are disabled. The entire family supports hot-swap capability, eliminating bus glitch transients during power-up or hot insertion. SP3070E – SP3075E feature slew-rate-limited drivers that reduce EMI and reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, enabling error-free data transmission at up to 500kbps. The SP3076E/SP3077E/SP3078E drivers are slew-rate unlimited, supporting data rates up to 16Mbps. SP3072E/SP3075E/SP3078E are designed for half-duplex communication; SP3070E/SP3071E/SP3073E/SP3074E/SP3076E/SP3077E are designed for full-duplex communication. All devices feature 1/8 unit load receiver input impedance, allowing up to 256 transceivers to be connected on a single bus.
