Introduction
The LM4861B is a mono bridge-mode audio power amplifier capable of delivering 1W of continuous average power into an 8Ω load at 5V supply with less than 10% THD. To conserve battery life in portable devices, driving the SHUTDOWN pin high places the LM4861B into a micro-power shutdown mode (IQ = 0.6μA typical).
This series of audio power amplifiers is specifically designed to deliver high-power, high-fidelity audio output. Operating from 2.0V to 5.0V supply voltage, it supports low-voltage operation with minimal external components.
