HGSEMI TS391M5/TR

The TS391 is a single voltage comparator with an input common-mode range that includes ground. The TS391 is designed to operate from a single 5V to 30V supply or dual supplies. Its low supply current is largely independent of supply voltage magnitude. The TS391 features an open-collector output stage, allowing an external resistor to be connected at the output. By connecting the resistor to different voltage levels (level shifter), the output can interface directly with TTL, CMOS, and other logic levels. The TS391 is offered in a space-saving 5-pin SOT-23 package and is pin-compatible with the TL331 single differential comparator.
