Introduction
This series of amplifiers are single/dual/quad, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 1.8MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and 1.8V to 5.5V single-supply operation. Utilizing chopper stabilization technology, they deliver ultralow offset voltage and near-zero temperature drift. The low quiescent supply current of 180μA per amplifier and ultralow input bias current of 20pA make them ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. This series provides excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with traditional complementary input stages. This design enables superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. These op-amps are unity-gain stable, suitable for a wide range of general-purpose applications. The compact packages help conserve PCB space, enabling smaller electronic product designs. This series operates over a wide supply voltage range, with all temperature specifications valid from -40°C to +85°C. Most characteristics remain consistent across the entire operating voltage range. The input common-mode range extends to 100mV beyond the supply rails. Rail-to-rail output swing provides maximum output dynamic range at low supply voltages.
