The TSV632IDT-HX series op-amps are available in single, dual, and quad channel options, designed for cost-sensitive systems and applications. This amplifier series features rail-to-rail input/output swing, low quiescent current (typical 60 µA), wide bandwidth (1.5 MHz), and ultralow noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making it ideal for battery-powered applications requiring a balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, consumer electronics, smoke detectors, portable medical devices, and white goods. The low input bias current enables compatibility with high-impedance sources. The robust design of this series offers ease of use for circuit designers, including unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). The TSV632IDT-HX amplifiers operate over a supply voltage range of +1.5 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) with a temperature range of 0℃ to 70℃. They also operate over a supply voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) with an extended temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. The package is SOP-8.
