HGSEMI ULN2003ALQ/TR

ULN2003A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array consisting of seven NPN Darlington transistors. All units share a common emitter, with each unit featuring open-collector output. Each Darlington pair is connected in series with a 2.7K base resistor, making it directly compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS circuits, enabling direct handling of data that would otherwise require standard logic buffers. The ULN2003A operates at high voltage and high current, with a sink current capacity of up to 500mA and the ability to withstand 50V in the off state. Outputs can be operated in parallel under high load currents, providing an effective solution for applications requiring multiple interface driver circuits.
