HGSEMI CD4538BM/TR

CD4538B is a dual, precision monostable multivibrator with independent trigger and reset controls. The device is retriggerable and resettable, with internal latching on the control inputs. Two trigger inputs are provided to allow either rising-edge or falling-edge triggering. The reset input is active low and inhibits triggering while asserted. Precise control of output pulse width is achieved through linear CMOS technology. Pulse duration and accuracy are determined by external components Rx and Cx. The device prevents the timing capacitor from discharging through the timing pins under power-off conditions, eliminating the need for an external series protection resistor on the timing pins. ESD input protection is provided on all pins.
