Introduction
The AD8091 (single), AD8092 (dual), and AD8094 (quad) are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers featuring ease of use and low cost. They deliver the bandwidth and slew rate typically associated with current feedback amplifiers. All versions offer a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.5V. Despite their low cost, the AD809X family still delivers excellent overall performance. They provide wide bandwidth up to 350MHz (G = +1), 0.1dB flatness to 58MHz (G = +2), and typical power consumption as low as 4.2mA/amplifier. The low distortion and fast settling characteristics of the AD809X family make them ideal for buffering high-speed ADCs or DACs. All versions are specified over the extended −40°C to +85°C temperature range.
