Introduction
The 74HC273 is a high-speed silicon gate CMOS 8-bit rising-edge triggered D-type flip-flop. The device features clock and master reset inputs. Each output Qn reflects the corresponding Dn state, meeting the setup and hold time requirements for low-to-high clock transitions. When MR is low, all outputs are forced low, independent of clock and data. Input clamping diodes are provided, enabling the inputs to be connected to voltages exceeding the supply voltage through current-limiting resistors.
