Introduction
The PCA82C250 is an interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical bus. It is primarily designed for high-speed automotive applications, supporting data rates up to 1 Mbaud. The PCA82C250 provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to the CAN controller.
