XDS TX6211

TX6211 is a high-efficiency, high-accuracy boost/buck high-power LED constant-current driver control IC with external MOS. The IC integrates a high-accuracy error amplifier, fixed off-time control circuit, and constant-current driver circuit, making it particularly suitable for constant-current driving of high-power, multiple high-brightness LED strings. The IC employs a fixed off-time control scheme, where the off-time is adjustable via an external capacitor, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements. By adjusting the external current-sense resistor, the IC controls the drive current of high-brightness LEDs to achieve the desired constant brightness. Applying a PWM signal to the EN pin also enables LED dimming. The IC integrates a VDD regulator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection circuit, reducing external component count and improving system reliability. The IC is available in an SOP8 package.
