Introduction
The OPAx333 series CMOS op amps deliver precision performance at a highly competitive price. As zero-drift amplifiers using proprietary auto-calibration technology, they offer extremely low offset voltage (15μV maximum) with near-zero drift over time and temperature, and a quiescent current of only 28μA. Rail-to-rail input and output with near-constant 1/f noise characteristics make them ideal for a wide range of applications, simplifying system design. Optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). The OPA333 (single-channel) is available in SC70-5, SOT23-5, and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2333 (dual-channel) is available in MSOP-8 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA4333 is available in standard SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. All device versions are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The OPAx333 series op amps offer low cost, unity-gain stability, and no unexpected output phase reversal. Proprietary auto-calibration technology provides low offset voltage and ultra-low drift over time and temperature. Rail-to-rail input and output with near-constant 1/f noise characteristics make them ideal for a wide range of applications and easy to integrate into various systems.
The OPA333, OPA2333, and OPA4333 series precision op amps are unity-gain stable with no unexpected output phase reversal. A proprietary zero-drift circuit achieves low input offset voltage and reduced 1/f noise components over time and temperature. High PSRR enables operation directly from battery supplies without regulation. Optimized for low-voltage, single-supply operation. Under normal test conditions, high-impedance inputs (common-mode range extends 100mV beyond the supply rails) and rail-to-rail outputs (swing within 100mV of the supply rails) are provided, suitable for cost-sensitive applications.
