Introduction
The chip features a +5.1V reference voltage with ±1% accuracy. Since the reference voltage falls within the input common-mode range of the error amplifier, no external resistors are required. It supports both master/slave mode operation and synchronization with an external clock. Dead time can be adjusted via a resistor connected between the CT pin and the discharge terminal. Additional on-chip functional circuits include: soft-start, shutdown, and undervoltage circuits. The output stage of the control IC features a high-power totem-pole output with source and sink currents exceeding 150mA. The output logic is NOR logic, with a low level in the "off" state.
