HGSEMI LMV7239M5/TR

LMV7235 and LMV7239 are 75ns ultra-low-power, low-voltage comparators. These devices operate over a full supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, achieving a propagation delay of 75ns while consuming only 65μA of supply current at 5V. LMV7235 and LMV7239 feature an extended rail-to-rail common-mode voltage range. The input common-mode voltage range extends 200mV below ground and 200mV above the supply voltage, enabling ground-sensing and supply-sensing operation. LMV7235 features an open-drain output. By connecting an external resistor, the comparator output can function as a level translator. LMV7239 features a push-pull output stage, allowing the device to operate without an external pull-up resistor. LMV7235 and LMV7239 are available in 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT-23 packages, making them ideal for systems requiring small form factor and low power consumption.
