Introduction
This low-power floating level transmitter is designed for water resource management, compatible with most standard communication protocols (UDP, LwM2M, MQTT, NIDD, etc.), with broad industrial applications. It offers high accuracy and ultra-low power consumption, purpose-built for outdoor deployment, enabling long-term stable operation in harsh environments for water level and volume measurement. Sensor materials include Viton O-rings, SS304 sensor head, SS316 diaphragm, silicone oil, POM, and a compression plastic housing. No process connection (available on request); weight approximately 2500g for 10m range; IP68-rated housing with UV-resistant enclosure. For communications, a 4FF Nano-SIM card is used, supporting OTA firmware updates and local wireless connection updates; sampling interval is configurable via downlink (default 4 hours). Power consumption is less than 5μA in energy-saving mode and less than 220mA during transmission. Pre-configurable or configurable for connection to all major narrowband networks, with integration capability across all major Industrial IoT platforms. The Ellenex platform features terrain-formula-based volume calculation, encrypted ultra-low-power communication protocol, enterprise system integration API, multi-tenant role-based access control, data import/export, white-label platform, variable high/low threshold alarm settings with multi-channel alerts, sampling and transmission interval configuration, and transmission condition configuration.
