Introduction
This specification applies to the BCMS-3216 series ferrite chip EMI suppressors. Under standard atmospheric conditions, the ambient temperature for measurement and testing is 20 ± 15℃ with a relative humidity of 30 ~ 70%; when in doubt, the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5℃ with a relative humidity of 30 ~ 70%. The operating temperature range is -55℃ ~ +125℃, and the storage temperature range is -10℃ ~ +40℃. Also covered are reflow soldering conditions, reliability and test conditions, carrier tape packaging, packaging methods, reel labels, and storage requirements.

- Temperature cycling performance: Stabilized at -55℃ and +125℃ for 30 minutes each, 100 cycles; no mechanical damage in appearance, impedance within ±30% of initial value, DC resistance requirement met.
- Low-temperature storage life performance: Tested at -55℃ ± 2℃ for 1008 + 12 hours; no mechanical damage in appearance, impedance within ±30% of initial value, DC resistance requirement met.
- Thermal shock performance: Stabilized at -55℃ and +125℃ for 30 minutes each, 100 cycles; no mechanical damage in appearance, impedance within ±30% of initial value.
- Vibration performance: Sinusoidal waveform, frequency 10 ~ 55 ~ 10 Hz, sweep time 1 minute, amplitude 1.5 mm (peak-to-peak), directions X, Y, Z (3 axes), 2 hours per axis, 6 hours total; no mechanical damage in appearance, impedance within ±30% of initial value.
