The SiT9375 is a differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications requiring standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. In addition to standard differential signal types, the unique FlexSwing output driver delivers LVPECL-like performance with independently controlled voltage swing and DC offset, simplifying interface to chipsets with non-standard input voltage requirements and eliminating all external source-bias resistors. The device also integrates multiple on-chip voltage regulators to filter power supply noise, eliminating the need for external dedicated LDOs. The SiT9375 can be factory-programmed for specific combinations of frequency, stability, output signal type, voltage, and output enable function.
