How to Cancel Order?

Customers can cancel orders if they are unpaid.

Find the existing orders on the "My Orders" page, and you can find the option to "Cancel Order."

For paid orders, please contact customer service here or send an email to the support team (support@lcsc.com), and provide us with the following info.

â–Ş LCSC Order number

â–Ş Part number (if only certain components are not needed)

â–Ş Reason for cancellation

Note:

In-stock orders cannot be cancelled after shipping, and a restocking fee of 0.5 USD per item will be charged if the customer cancels after orders begin to proceed in LCSC warehouses.

Backordered items cannot be cancelled or returned (NCNR) by customers after payment or after any contract or agreement is confirmed. If it must be cancelled due to insufficient supply, the LCSC customer service staff will contact you.
