The TPS2HB35-Q1 is a dual-channel smart high-side switch for 12V automotive batteries. The device integrates numerous protection and diagnostic features. It provides high-accuracy analog current sensing to improve diagnostics for complex loads (e.g., multiple parallel loads driven by the same switch). The device includes programmable current limiting for optimized protection across various load conditions. Low power consumption is a critical consideration in applications. The device operates at input voltages as low as 3V, allowing continued operation during cold crank. The TPS2HB35-Q1 is housed in a compact 16-pin HTSSOP package, enabling reduced PCB size.
