SDH7611SC is a high-precision, low-cost primary-side feedback LED constant-current driver IC for flyback isolated LED lighting. The IC operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), suitable for 90Vac~265Vac input voltage and 5W output power. Integrates a 650V high-voltage power MOSFET with a built-in high-voltage startup circuit, enabling autonomous self-powering without startup resistors or auxiliary windings; no external VCC capacitor required — significantly reducing system cost. Multiple protection features are integrated internally, including OVP and over-temperature regulation, enhancing system safety and reliability. Available in SOP-7-255-1.27 package.
