EG Micro EG3114

EG3114 is a cost-effective gate driver IC designed for high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, level-shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit, dedicated to drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The EG3114 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V~20V and a quiescent current of approximately 200μA. The HIN and LIN input channels feature built-in 250K pull-down resistors, which keep both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs off when the inputs are left floating. Output current capability is 10+1-4/4A, housed in a SOP8 package.
