The XC6206P series is a high-precision, low-power, high-voltage, positive voltage regulator IC fabricated using CMOS process and laser trimming technology. It maintains a very low dropout voltage even under output current conditions. The XC6206P series incorporates a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a high-precision reference voltage source, and an error correction circuit. The XC6206P series is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The return circuit of the current limiter provides short-circuit protection for both the current limiter and the output pin. Through laser trimming technology, the output voltage of the IC can be set in the range of 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.
