Introduction
PFC161 is an IO-type, static MTP microcontroller. Based on a RISC architecture, most instructions execute in a single cycle, with only a small number of indirect addressing instructions requiring two instruction cycles. The PFC161 integrates 2KW MTP program memory and 128 bytes of data memory. It features up to 7 capacitive touch key controllers and one hardware comparator. The PFC161 provides one 16-bit hardware counter (Timer16) and two 8-bit counters with PWM (Timer2, Timer3).
