EG Micro EG2131

EG2131 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, dead-time control circuit, undervoltage lockout circuit, lockout circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers.

The EG2131 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 300V, with a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 11V~20V and quiescent current consumption below 5uA. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power switches. The input channel HIN has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and LIN has a built-in 5V pull-up, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is I0+/- 1/1.5A, housed in an SOP8 package.
