The TLV733 series LDO regulators feature an ultra-small footprint and low quiescent current, capable of sourcing 300mA with excellent line and load transient performance. Devices in this series offer a typical accuracy of 1%.

The TLV733 series employs a modern capacitor-free architecture that ensures stable operation without requiring input or output capacitors. Eliminating the output capacitor helps reduce solution size and eliminates inrush current during startup. However, the TLV733 series also operates stably with ceramic output capacitors. When an output capacitor is used, the TLV733 additionally provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable events — a feature particularly valuable for battery-powered applications.

The TLV733 includes an active discharge circuit that rapidly discharges the output load when disabled.

The TLV733 series is available in standard DBV (SOT-23) and DQN (X2SON) packages.
