G-NiceRF LORA-CC68-915MHz-TCXO

The LoRaCC68 series wireless modules are designed around Semtech's LLCC68 chip, featuring a high-precision crystal oscillator, ultra-low receive and sleep currents, and -129dBm sensitivity. The built-in 64KHz crystal oscillator enables timed wake-up of the MCU under low-power conditions. The antenna switch is controlled internally by the chip, freeing up external MCU resources. The compact form factor combined with 22dBm (160mW) output power offers significant advantages in IoT and battery-powered applications.

The LoRaCC68 series is manufactured and tested under a strict lead-free process, fully compliant with RoHS and REACH standards. The 868MHz module has obtained CE certification, and the 915MHz module has obtained FCC certification. Customers can reference our certifications during their system-level certification process, greatly saving time and reducing costs.
