The FM6211 series are high-precision, high PSRR, low-noise, ultra-fast response LDO linear regulators manufactured using CMOS process. They integrate a built-in fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and ultra-fast response low dropout performance. Compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and no 0.1μF bypass capacitor is required, further saving board space. The fast transient response handles load current fluctuations effectively, making it especially suitable for handheld and RF applications. The output can be shut down via the CE pin, with a shutdown current consumption of less than 1μA.
