Cross chip INK1105DN

INK1105 is a high-precision, multi-function LED driver IC providing a single-channel constant output current. The output current range is 0.5~500mA, configurable via an external resistor (RFB). The operating voltage range is 2.1~5.5V. A current-setting voltage as low as 150mV and a 200mV low-saturation-voltage driver stage enable INK1105 to deliver stable current output across a wide drive voltage range. INK1105 requires minimal external components and offers excellent application reliability. The IC integrates a high-precision bandgap reference, 5.5V voltage regulator, over-temperature protection circuit, low-dropout driver circuit, active reverse-polarity protection circuit, and drive mode control circuit. INK1105 is a multi-function LED driver. The FS0 and FS1 pins allow the IC to be configured in different operating modes to meet various application requirements, supporting multiple modes: constant power control, constant current control, and strobe mode. INK1105 is available in a compact DFN8-2X2 package with an operating temperature range of -40~125°C.
