TM(Shenzhen Titan Micro Elec) TM1622B

TM1622B is a dedicated LCD driver IC featuring 256-point memory mapping and multi-function capabilities. Its software-configurable design makes it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only 4 or 5 pins are required to interface a host controller with the TM1622B, which also provides a power-saving command to reduce system power consumption.
