TI ISO7820LLDWWR

The ISO782xLL series are high-performance isolated dual-channel LVDS buffers with isolation voltage up to 8000Vₚₖ. When isolating LVDS bus signals, these devices provide high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. The LVDS receive and transmit buffers of each isolation channel are separated by silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barriers.

The ISO7820LL has two forward channels. The ISO7821LL has one forward channel and one reverse channel.

Through innovative chip design and routing techniques, the EMC performance of the ISO782xLL series is significantly enhanced, mitigating system-level ESD, EFT, and surge issues while meeting radiated emissions standards.

The ISO782xLL series are available in 16-pin SOIC wide-body (DW) and extra-wide-body (DWW) packages.
