Introduction
HX6639 is a linear Hall-effect sensor that responds proportionally to magnetic flux density. The internal circuitry includes a Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and CMOS output stage. It features high-speed, low-noise output with linear performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, suitable for various magnetic field detection applications in consumer and industrial markets. HX6639 operates over a wide supply voltage range, with an analog output of 1/2 VCC in the absence of a magnetic field. The output varies linearly with applied magnetic flux density, and four sensitivity options provide output voltage swing to suit the required detection range. Both north and south poles generate a voltage response. HX6639 detects magnetic flux perpendicular to the top of the package. Available in standard SOT-23 SMT and TO-92S through-hole packages, HX6639 offers different sensing orientations.
