Introduction
The HX6573 employs high-frequency chopper technology to achieve excellent magnetic field consistency and symmetry across the full operating voltage and temperature range. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall array, amplifier circuit, Schmitt trigger, and output stage on-chip. The Hall signal processing path utilizes high-frequency chopper technology, which minimizes the offset voltage of the Hall sensing array and processing circuitry, reduces the effects of stress and temperature on offset voltage, and lowers system propagation delay and output jitter to the minimum. The HX6573 operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃, with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and a maximum load current capability of 100mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
