IDCHIP AD24C32

AD24C32 is a serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). The memory stores 4096 bytes of data, organized as 128 pages of 32 bytes each. Random word addressing requires a 12-bit data word address. It features low-power CMOS technology and a self-timed write cycle.

The AD24C32 is available in three package options: SOT23-5, SOP-8, and PDIP-8. Thanks to its easy interface, compact footprint, and non-volatile data retention, it is widely used in instrumentation and industrial automation control applications.
