A multi-function power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery level indication, providing a complete power solution for power banks. High integration and rich features require minimal external components, effectively reducing overall solution size and BOM cost. A single inductor supports both buck and boost functions, compatible with low-cost inductors and capacitors. The synchronous boost system delivers up to 2.4A output current with conversion efficiency up to 92%. Under no-load conditions, the device automatically enters sleep mode, reducing quiescent current to 100uA. Switch-mode charging technology provides up to 2.1A charging current with charging efficiency up to 91%. Built-in IC temperature and input voltage sensing for intelligent charge current regulation. Supports 1, 2, 3, and 4 LED battery level display. Available in eSOP8L package.
