ME2135 is a low-noise charge pump boost DC-DC converter with an input voltage range of 1.8V - 5.5V, operating at a constant frequency of 650KHz, capable of driving load currents up to 250mA. No external inductor is required for boost operation. Minimal external components (one FLY capacitor and two bypass capacitors for VIN and VOUT), combined with a compact package, deliver high integration, low noise, low EMI, and low ripple characteristics, making it suitable for small battery-powered applications. Internal features include thermal shutdown protection, output short-circuit protection, and a soft-start circuit to minimize inrush current at startup. Shutdown current is low, at less than 0.1uA.
