JSMSEMI SYN500R

The JSM500R is a short-range wireless communication receiver designed for 300MHz–450MHz low-power, low-cost short-range transceiver front-ends, supporting ASK/OOK modulation. The device features high sensitivity (–112dBm) and low power consumption (<6mA), along with a wide dynamic range (greater than 60dB). It integrates a complete RF front-end, IF filter, and ASK/OOK analog demodulation section, achieving a high level of integration. The circuit operates from a 2.0V–5.0V supply voltage with a current consumption of less than 6mA, and less than 1μA in shutdown mode.
