Introduction
Both the INA128 and INA129 (INA12x) are low-power, general-purpose instrumentation amplifiers with excellent accuracy. These amplifiers feature a versatile three-op-amp design and come in a small package, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The current-feedback input circuit provides wide bandwidth even at high gains (200kHz, G = 100). Any gain from 1 to 10,000 can be set with a single external resistor. The INA128 offers the industry-standard gain equation with a 50kΩ resistor. The INA129 gain equation uses a 49.4kΩ resistor, allowing direct replacement of similar devices. The INA12x is available in plastic DIP and surface-mount packages and is specified for operation from –40°C to +85°C. The INA128 is also available in a dual configuration, the INA2128.
