Introduction
In the OptoHiT series, the FODM8801 is a pioneering phototransistor optocoupler that leverages leading proprietary process technology to achieve high operating temperatures up to 125℃. This optocoupler consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) infrared LED optically coupled to a phototransistor, housed in a compact half-pitch mini-flat 4-pin package. It delivers a high current transfer ratio at very low input currents. The input-output isolation voltage VISO is rated at 3750 VAC_RMS.
