FAN7384 is a monolithic half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving of MOSFETs and IGBTs, with an operating voltage up to +600V. Fairchild Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode noise cancellation technology ensure stable operation of the high-side driver in high dv/dt noise environments. The advanced level-shift circuit enables the high-side gate driver to withstand a bias voltage of up to VS = -9.8V (typical) at VBS = 15V. The UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when VDD and VBS fall below the specified threshold voltage. The output driver features source/sink current ratings of 250mA and 500mA (typical), respectively, suitable for half-bridge and full-bridge applications in motor drive systems.
