TI LM34926MRX/NOPB

The LM34926 regulator has all the features required to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency isolated bias regulator. This high-voltage regulator includes two 100V N-channel MOSFET switches—a high-side buck switch and a low-side synchronous switch. The LM34926 uses a constant on-time (COT) control scheme that eliminates the need for loop compensation and provides excellent transient response. The regulator operates with an on-time that is inversely proportional to the input voltage. This characteristic allows the operating frequency to remain relatively constant. An integrated sense circuit is used to implement intelligent peak current limiting. Other features include a programmable input undervoltage comparator for suppressing operation under low-voltage conditions. Protection features include thermal shutdown and VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The LM34926 device is available in WSON - 8 and SOPowerPAD - 8 plastic packages.
