TD301D232H/TD501D232H is a high-speed, single-channel isolated RS-232 transceiver designed for bidirectional data communication, supporting baud rates up to 115.2kbps. The transceiver integrates an isolated DC/DC converter internally, enabling electrical isolation between the controller and the RS-232 transceiver from a single power supply, with a maximum isolation voltage of 2500VDC — eliminating the need for an external isolated power supply and simplifying user implementation. Full isolation between the control ground and bus ground allows the device to withstand higher common-mode voltages. Integrated ESD protection components pass the IEC61000-4-2 air discharge test, with HBM ESD protection exceeding ±15kV. Available in DIP8 package, the device offers a compact footprint and high integration density.
