WEIKAI WK2114-ISPG

WK2114 is a 4-channel UART device with a UART interface. The WK2114 expands a standard 3-wire asynchronous serial port (UART) into 4 enhanced-function serial ports (UART). The master interface UART can be configured via pin settings to operate in infrared communication mode during data transmission.

The expanded sub-channel UARTs feature the following capabilities:

• Baud rate, word length, and parity format of each sub-channel UART are independently configurable, with a maximum communication rate of 2Mbps.
• Each sub-channel can be independently configured to operate in IrDA infrared communication mode.
• Each sub-channel has independent 256-byte TX/RX FIFOs, with programmable interrupt trigger points per user requirements.

The WK2114 adopts a SOP20L RoHS-compliant lead-free package, supports a wide operating voltage range of 2.5~5.0V, and features configurable auto sleep/wake-up functionality.
