FM TC2526

TC2526 is a low-power primary-side regulation (PSR) switching power supply IC with an integrated high-power BJT, designed for isolated high-efficiency low-power portable device charger applications. It employs a unique primary-side feedback control technology with constant-current and constant-voltage capability, along with a proprietary light-load frequency modulation technique to reduce self-power consumption under light-load conditions for high-efficiency operation. Output cable drop compensation is incorporated to ensure sufficient output power at high current. Additional features include over-temperature protection, VCC undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, and collector open-circuit protection. The compact SOP-7 package simplifies system design and PCB layout.
