MICROCHIP MCP6541T-I/OT

The MCP6541/1R/1U/2/3/4 family of comparators is available in single (MCP6541, MCP6541R, and MCP6541U), single with chip select (CS) (MCP6543), dual (MCP6542), and quad (MCP6544) configurations. The push-pull output (CMOS/TTL compatible) is capable of driving large DC or capacitive loads. These comparators are optimized for low-power, single-supply applications and provide an input range that extends beyond the rails. The push-pull output of the MCP6541/1R/1U/2/3/4 family provides rail-to-rail output swing and is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic interfaces. Internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching caused by internal input noise voltage, reducing supply current consumption. The output limits supply current surges during switching transitions, reducing dynamic power dissipation. This family of devices operates from a single supply as low as 1.6V, with each comparator consuming less than 1 µA of quiescent current. The MCP6541/1R/1U/2/3/4 related family of comparators features open-drain outputs. With a pull-up resistor, these devices can be used as level shifters providing up to 10V, or in wired-OR logic configurations.
