RH6015 is a single-channel capacitive touch sensing control switch IC with an integrated voltage regulator module, designed to replace traditional mechanical switches. It enables touch functionality through dielectric isolation materials such as glass, acrylic, plastic, and ceramic, offering high safety. The IC incorporates high-precision voltage regulation, power-on reset, undervoltage reset, hardware debounce, and an environment-adaptive algorithm to significantly enhance noise immunity. Multiple operating modes are configurable via external pins, making it widely applicable in lighting control, electronic toys, consumer electronics, and home appliances. Available variants include CMOS output RH6015C[A/B] and RH6015CL(F), as well as NMOS open-drain output RH6015D[A/B], in SOT23-6 and DFN6 packages.
