LT8920 is a low-cost, highly integrated 2.4GHz wireless transceiver IC with on-chip transmitter, receiver, frequency synthesizer, and GFSK modem. The transmitter supports adjustable output power, and the receiver employs a digital spread communication mechanism to achieve excellent transceiver performance in complex environments and under strong interference conditions. The peripheral circuit is simple, requiring only an MCU and a small number of passive components. The LT8920 transmits GFSK signals with a maximum transmit power of 6dBm. The receiver adopts a low-IF architecture with a receive sensitivity of -96dBm@62.5Kbps. Digital channel energy detection enables real-time monitoring of channel quality. The on-chip TX/RX FIFO registers interface with the MCU to buffer data before over-the-air transmission. Built-in CRC, FEC, auto-ack, and retransmission mechanisms greatly simplify system design and optimize performance.
