The RT9193 series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process technology. These regulators integrate a built-in fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, fast-response, and low dropout performance.

The RT9193 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in size compared to their capacitance equivalents, and does not require a 0.1 pF bypass capacitor, further saving board space and reducing cost. With high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response to handle load current fluctuations, it is especially suited for handheld devices and RF products.

By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 1 µA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
