Introduction
TF21844M is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC. The logic ground is isolated from the power ground, effectively reducing power stage noise interference on the logic circuit. Dead time is flexibly configurable via external resistors. Integrated protection features include high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp circuits, and more. The device offers high-current pulse output capability, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs as low as 3.3V. Peak output current reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices. TF21844M is available in a SOP-14 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
